CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

1. Right to Return and Exchange

Products purchased through Paranoia Origins may be returned without providing any reason, or you may request a size exchange, within 14 days from the date your order is delivered to you.

2. Return Conditions

Products to be returned or exchanged must:

Be in their original packaging with the product tags still attached;

Be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in resalable condition;

Not contain any perfume, cigarette, or similar odors.

3. How Does the Return and Exchange Process Work?

You may submit your return or exchange request, together with your order number and request details, by emailing us at contact@paranoiaorigins.com or by contacting us through the Contact section. Our team will send you the return shipping code provided by our contracted courier as soon as possible.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received by us and inspected, your payment will be automatically refunded to the card or payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank’s processing procedures. PARANOIA ORIGINS shall not be responsible for delays caused by the bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

5. Shipping Fees

In cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, all shipping costs will be covered by our brand.

For discretionary returns and size exchange requests, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
